Eazy's death was from AIDS was probably due to his history of unprotected sex with multiple female fans. During the week of March 20, Eazy-E drafted his last message to fans. One week after making that announcement, Eazy succumbed to the disease. He was 31 years old when he died.

Stretch (November 30, 1995)
Rapper and producer from New York City. He is most famous for his close association with 2Pac during the early 1990's and was part of the group, Live Squad. Stretch was introduced to 2Pac in October of 1991 by Digital Underground head Shock G, and the two became close friends almost immediately. They became roommates and Stretch, who carried guns and wore thick gold necklaces, would influence Shakur's image. He would take a large part in 2Pac's first two albums, both solo and as part of The Live Squad and their larger collective, the Underground Railroad.

Renowned for his rap music, movie roles, poetry, and his social activism. He is recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records as the best selling hip-hop artist, with over 75 million of his albums sold worldwide including over 44.5 million sales in the United States alone. Most of Shakur's songs are about growing up around violence and hardship in ghettos, racism, problems in society, and sometimes his feuds with fellow rappers. Shakur's work is known for advocating political, economic, social, and racial equality as well as his raw descriptions of violence, drug and alcohol abuse, and conflicts with the law. Many fans, critics, and industry insiders rank him as the greatest rapper ever.
Death:
Tupac was shot in a drive-by on September 7, 1996 after the boxing match between Mike Tyson and Bruce Seldon in Las Vegas. Shakur was hit several times (including once in the lung) while attempting to jump in the back seat. He died in the hospital on September 13, 1996.

Yaki Kadafi (October 9, 1977 - November 10, 1996)
Born to Yaasmyn Fula and Sekou Odinga in Irvington, New Jersey in 1977. His parents were proud of their African heritage, as suggested by their choice of his name: Yafeu means “bold” in the Fante language of Ghana. Fula met Tupac Shakur through their parents - they had met during the late 1970s at a black rights meeting.
Death:
There are many rumours surrounding Yaki Kadafi's death. It has been reported that Yaki Kadafi was visiting his girlfriend in New Jersey when he was struck dead by a bullet, and that Tha Outlawz member Napoleon had admitted to hiphop magazine The Source that his cousin 'Roddy' had shot Yaki Kadafi whilst the two of them were intoxicated with alcohol and drugs. There is also the rumour that Yaki Kadafi's murder was in-fact over money. Another popular rumour suggests that he was killed because he said he could identify the person that ended the life of Tupac Shakur.

The Notorious B.I.G. (May 21, 1972 – March 9, 1997)
The Notorious B.I.G. (Business Instead of Game), Biggie Smalls (after a gangster in the 1975 film Let's Do It Again), Big Poppa, and Frank White (from the film King of New York), was a successful American rapper and hip-hop artist.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Biggie grew up during the peak years of the 1980s crack epidemic and started dealing drugs from an early age. By the time his debut album Ready to Die was released on the Bad Boy Records label in 1994, he was a central figure in East Coast hip-hop, and helped to increase New York's viability in the hip-hop scene at a time when the genre was mostly dominated by West Coast artists.
Death:
In March 1997, Biggie traveled to California to promote his upcoming album and record a music video for its lead single, "Hypnotize". Life After Death was scheduled for release on March 25, 1997. On March 8, 1997, he presented at the 11th Annual Soul Train Music Awards in Los Angeles.
After the awards ceremony, Biggie attended a Soul Train Awards party hosted by Vibe and Qwest Records at the Peterson Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. Other guests included Faith Evans, Combs, DJ Quik who arrived with ten members of the Treetop Piru Bloods, and a dozen or so members of the Crips.
On March 9, 1997, at 12:30 a.m. an announcer warned the crowd that fire marshals would soon shut the party down. Biggie left with his entourage in two GMC Suburbans to return to his hotel. Biggie traveled in the front passenger seat alongside his friends, Gregory "G-Money" Young, the driver, Damion "D-Rock" Butler, who sat behind the driver, and Lil' Cease, who sat behind Biggie. Combs traveled in the other vehicle with three bodyguards. The two trucks were trailed by a Chevrolet Blazer carrying Bad Boy's director of security.
By 12:45 a.m. the street was crowded with people leaving the event. Biggie's truck stopped at a red light just 50 yards from the museum. While waiting for the light to change, a white Toyota Land Cruiser made a U-turn and cut in-between Biggie's vehicle and the Chevrolet Blazer behind. Simultaneously, a black Chevrolet Impala pulled up alongside Biggie's truck. The driver of the Impala (an African-American male neatly dressed in a blue suit and bow tie) rolled down his window, drew a 9mm blue-steel pistol and shot numerous rounds into the GMC Suburban; four bullets hit Biggie in the chest.
Wallace was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by his entourage but was pronounced dead at 1:15 a.m.

Big L (May 30, 1974 – February 15, 1999)

He first appeared on albums from The Beatnuts on the track "Off The Books" and Fat Joe on Fat Joe's second album "J.O.E.", on the track "Watch Out", before signing to Loud Records as a solo artist. He is especially notable as one of rap's premier lyricists.
Death:
Struggling with weight problems during his lifetime, Pun died on February 7, 2000 after a fatal heart attack. He was survived by a wife, Liza Rios, and three children.

Grym Reaper aka Too Poetic (Gravediggaz)(1966 in Trinidad, - July 15, 2001 in California)
Rapper and producer from the horrorcore rap band Gravediggaz. The eldest son of a minister, Poetic was born in Trinidad and raised in the Wyandanch section of Long Island, New York. After forming his first rap group, Brothers Grym, with his brother Brainstorm, he released a solo 12" single, Poetical Terror/God Made Me Funky, in 1989 on DNA/Tommy Boy records (see 1989 in music). However, his deal with DNA/Tommy Boy fell through before the release of his first album, and Poetic fell on hard times, including a period of homelessness.
Death:
On Sunday, July 15, 2001, 1:45pm EST at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, Poetic succumbed to his cancer, five weeks before Nightmare in A-Minor's scheduled release. He had survived almost two and a half years beyond the doctors' initial four-month diagnosis. Tributes came quickly from across the hip-hop world, both from fellow musicians such as Chuck D of Public Enemy, who wrote an article in tribute to him on his 'Welcome To The Terrordome' commentary section on the group's website, and from critics, who widely wrote of their regret at the loss of his talent. An intimate memorial service for him was held at the Riverside Church in Harlem on August 4, 2001, attended by his family and close friends including bandmates Frukwan and Prince Paul. His family established a non-profit organization called The Life Goes On Foundation in his honour, to raise money for medical bills of close to $100,000 and also raise awareness of debilitating illnesses.

Jam Master Jay (January 21, 1965– October 30, 2002)
Founder and the DJ of Run-D.M.C., a hip-hop group based in the Queens borough of New York City.
Born in Brooklyn, New York. He played bass and drums in several garage bands prior to joining Run-D.M.C.; on all of their albums from Raising Hell on, he played keyboards, bass, and live drums in addition to his turntable work. Mizell remained in his childhood neighborhood his entire life. He founded the Scratch DJ Academy in Manhattan for children interested in DJing.
In 1989, Mizell established the label Jam Master Jay Records, which scored a strong success in 1993 with the band Onyx. He also connected Chuck D with Def Jam co-founder Rick Rubin. (Def Jam's other founder, Russell Simmons, is the brother of DJ Run.)
In the 1990s, Mizell suffered the effects of a bad car accident and a gunshot wound.
Death:
Mizell was shot and killed in a Merrick Boulevard recording studio in Queens at 7:30 p.m. on October 30, 2002. The other person in the room, twenty-three-year-old Urieco Rincon, was shot in the ankle.
The New York Daily News has reported that authorities have investigated whether Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff, a convicted drug dealer and longtime friend of Murder Inc. heads Irv Gotti and Chris Gotti, targeted Mizell because the deejay defied an industry blacklist of rapper 50 Cent that was imposed because of "Ghetto Qur'an", a song 50 Cent wrote about McGriff's drug history. A 2003 affidavit says: "Law enforcement agents are investigating the possibility that [Jason] Mizell [a.k.a. Jam-Master Jay] was murdered for defying the blacklist of 50 Cent.
Mizell is survived by his wife Terri and three children. He is buried at the Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, New York.

Ol' Dirty Bastard (ODB)(November 15, 1968 – November 13, 2004)
He was one of the founding members of the hip hop group Wu-Tang Clan.
Ol' Dirty Bastard simultaneously brought a measure of humor and a touch of the absurd to the Wu-Tang Clan. Often noted for his unusual mic technique (critic Steve Huey writes of Jones's "outrageously profane, free-associative rhymes" delivered "in a distinctive half-rapped, half-sung style"), Jones's stage name came from a 1980 kung fu film entitled Ol' Dirty & The Bastard, the relevance of which was articulated by Method Man's assertion that there was "no father" to his style.
After establishing the Wu-Tang Clan, Ol' Dirty Bastard went on to a successful solo career. However, his professional success was hampered by his erratic personal behavior and frequent legal troubles, including incarceration.
Death:
ODB collapsed at approximately 5:29pm on November 13, 2004 at Wu-Tang's recording studio. He was pronounced dead less than an hour later, only two days shy of his 36th birthday. He had a lethal mixture of cocaine and the prescription painkiller Tramadol in his system at the time of his death.

Proof (October 2, 1973 – April 11, 2006)
DeShaun Dupree Holton, better known as Proof, was an American rapper and member of the rap group D12. Proof was a long time friend and publicity assistant of Eminem, with nicknames Big Proof, P, Derty Harry, and Oil Can Harry. Proof began his career in Detroit's Hip Hop Shop organizing freestyle tournaments. It was there that he met and proposed forming a clique with several other members that would later become the group D12.
Death:
On April 11, 2006, Proof was murdered by a fatal gunshot wound to the head at approximately 4:30am EDT (08:30 UTC) at the CCC Club on 8 Mile Road in Detroit, Michigan after fatally shooting U.S. military veteran Keith Bender Jr.
Although unconfirmed to date, it was reported that Proof fired the first shots into Bender's head after taking his pistol and striking Bender several times in the face. According to the coroner, Proof had an alcohol content of 0.32. [8] The eruption is suspected to have been due to an argument over a game of pool, which escalated. Proof was then allegedly shot by the bouncer Mario Etheridge, Bender's cousin. He was then taken by private vehicle to St. John Health's Conner Creek Campus, an outpatient emergency treatment site, and pronounced dead shortly thereafter. Exact details of his death and the events that led to it remain unclear.

i found this 1 :

Cowboy (Grandmaster Flash & The Furious 5)

Death: On Saturday, September 8 1989, Cowboy died of complications from HIV AIDS. He was two weeks shy of his 39th birthday.

When people think of Grandmaster Flash and Furious 5, they first automatically think of Melle Mel, but Cowboy was the backbone of the group along with Scorpio. There wasn’t much publicity when he passed, mostly because he already contributed what he had to the culture.

Death:
On November 1, 2004, Mac Dre was shot to death while returning to his hotel after a performance in Kansas City, Missouri. A car pulled up next to the white van carrying Dre. Though it is not known whether words were exchanged, the ordeal ended in a horrible tradgedy. The van swerved off the road and into a ravine where it ran into a tree. Mac Dre apparently died from a gunshot wound to the back of the neck, although Dre was thrown from the vehicle and wasn't found immediately after the accident.

The seriousness of his condition became public in November 2005 when J Dilla toured Europe performing from a wheelchair. It was later revealed that he suffered from TTP, a rare blood disease, and Lupus. J Dilla died on February 10, 2006, at his home in Los Angeles, California. His obituary in The New York Times on February 14 2006, states: "The cause was cardiac arrest, according to his mother, Maureen Yancey."

Bugz (January 5, 1978 – May 21, 1999)
Bugz or Robert Beck, was an up-and-coming rap artist, murdered at the age of 21. He was an early member of the rap group D12 and was instrumental in their early formation. He was gunned down at a picnic party on Detroit's Belle Isle Park, taking three bullets. Today, Bugz is remembered and honored by D12, whose very foundation and success have been self-accredited to their late friend in the years following his death.
Death:
Two days after Eminem signed D12 to the label, Bugz was scheduled to perform along with the rest of D12 at a show that night in Grand Rapids, Michigan as part of the Eminem tour. That afternoon however, at a picnic on Belle Isle on May 21, 1999, Bugz was shot and killed. One of Bugz's friends got into a heated argument with a group of people over a water-gun fight. As the argument quickly escalated into a fistfight, Bugz intervened on his friend's behalf. One of the men then proceeded to his Ford Expedition SUV and retrieved a firearm which he fired at Bugz at close range, hitting him in the chest and neck. Bugz was shot a total of three times and hit by the assailant's vehicle as he fled the scene, dying soon after in a nearby hospital. The incident was caught on amateur video, portions of which were shown later that night on the local news. His final resting place is in Detroit Memorial Park East, and he is survived by his mother Carolyn, stepfather Jimmie, brother Ken, and sisters Nicole and Angie.

E-Moneybags (1969 – July 16, 2001)
He was born in Brooklyn, New York, but raised in the Queensbridge Housing Projects. He released one album. DJ Kay Slay released a tribute mixtape to E-Moneybags after his death. The mixtape contained freestyles and unreleased tracks by E-Moneybags.

Death:
E-Moneybags was killed 9:45 PM, at Queens Village, July 16th, 2001. Many believe he was murdered by hitmen connected with Queen's infamous drug trafficing gang, The Supreme Team. It is alleged that the murder was retaliatory after E-Moneybags killed McGriff's associate, Colbert Johnson on December, 1999.
E-Moneybags was shot ten times as he sat in his 1999 Lincoln Navigator parked on the street. In late August 2001, polices found a videotape. On the video, which was filmed July 13 - July 16, Smith is seen driving and parking his car on the Queens street where he was gunned down at 9:45 PM. The video was shot by Dennis Crosby, a drug-dealing McGriff associate, and Nicole Brown, Crosby's girlfriend.

Half-A-Mill (1973 - October 24, 2003)
A Brooklyn-based rapper who was shot dead in his home in the Albany Projects in Brooklyn, New York October 24, 2003. He was an underground rapper in the middle 1990s and nearly broke into the mainstream in the late 90s. His initial breakthrough came in 1997 with an appearance on the only album by The Firm, a highly touted supergroup featuring Nas, AZ, Nature, and Foxy Brown alongside producers Dr. Dre and the Trackmasters. He was also on the God's Son album. Following this appearance, Half-A-Mill then contributed "Some Niggaz" to the Def Jam-released Belly soundtrack in 1998, followed by his single "Thug Ones." The track, which featured Capone-N-Noreaga, Kool G Rap, and Musaliny, was a hit in the New York hardcore rap scene in 1999 and became the leadoff single for Half-A-Mill's debut album, Milion. The album, released in 2000, didn't do as well as many had expected, selling only about 40,000 units and the Brooklyn rapper lost much of his momentum. He returned two years later in 2002 with his second effort, Da Hustle Don't Stop, which Warlock Records had preceded with the release of "Still." This single, which received some radio airplay, targeted those who claimed Half-A-Mill had lost some talent: "Still gangsta/still ghetto/still street."

Death
Half-A-Mill was found shot to death in his apartment October 24, 2003 in Brooklyn, New York City. Full details surrounding the shooting have yet to be released. Kyle Christmas, a representative at Half-A-Mill's label Warlock Records, says, "We are sad over here at Warlock. He will definitely be missed. He was one of those outstanding, but underrated artists. He was a good dude." He was working on his third album at the time of his death.

His murderer is thought to be Garelle Smith, a man from the St.Bernard housing project. He was arrested in December 2003 yet the charges were dropped and he was realsed in February 2004.

He would take a large part in 2Pac's first two albums, both solo and as part of The Live Squad and their larger collective, the Underground Railroad.
Death:
He was murdered on November 30, 1995, exactly one year to the day after 2Pac's first shooting.

Buffy (Fat Boys) (June 10, 1967 – December 10, 1995)
Known as Buffy, the Human Beat Box, DJ Doctor Nice and Comrade Box (amongst others), was a member of the 1980s rap group, The Fat Boys. He, along with Doug E. Fresh and others, were pioneers of beatboxing, a form of vocal percussion used in many rap groups throughout the '80s and '90s.
Death:
On December 10, 1995, Darren "Buffy, the Human Beatbox" Robinson died of a heart attack in Rosedale, New York. He was 28 years old and weighted reportedly 450 lbs.

2Pac (June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996)

Big L was born, raised, lived, and was fatally shot in an uptown Harlem, New York neighborhood. He is mostly remembered for his freestyling, storytelling, punchlines, his critically acclaimed debut album Lifestylez Ov Da Poor & Dangerous and his murder at the age of twenty-four.
Death:
On February 15 , 1999 Big L was shot seven times in the head and chest and killed on 139th Street, just blocks away from his Harlem home. He was 24 years old.

Big Pun (November 9, 1971 – February 7, 2000)
Known as Big Punisher or Big Pun, was a New York rapper of Puerto Rican descent who emerged from the underground rap scene in The Bronx in the late 1990s.

Rayquon Elliott (October 21, 1983 – June 11, 2007)also known by the stage name of Stack Bundles, was an American hip hop artist from Far Rockaway, Queens, New York City.

While he hadn't yet attained widespread popularity, mixtape fans had been aware of Elliot's lyrical abilities for several years. The rapper, who also led his own Riot Squad crew, first began attracting major attention as a member of DJ Clue's Desert Storm family. His work on freestyles alongside more established MCs, such as then-camp members Fabolous and Joe Budden, let the scene know immediately he could hold his own weight.

While he worked to secure a label deal, Elliot's released a myriad of solo mixtapes and appeared on Clue's street CDs. Last year, he popped up on Jim Jones' M.O.B. (Members of Byrdgang) mixtape (the same mixtape that introduced Jones' hit "We Fly High"), along with the currently incarcerated Max B.

Jim Jones told MTV News last year that Stack had approached him one night in a club, and the only thing he liked more than Stack's audacity was his skill on the mic. Jones planned to not only release Elliot's solo debut, but also to highlight him on Byrdgang releases as well.

Elliot was first signed to Lupe Fiasco's 1st & 15th Entertainment record label, it was here where he learned how to make beats and play them for himself. Bundles also credits Lupe for showing him the ropes in the music industry. After leaving 1st and 15th he signed a 9-month developmental contract with DJ Clue's Desert Storm imprint. He was a part of a powerhouse of artists (Fabolous, Joe Budden, Paul Cain, Bathgate, & Ransom), that was led by DJ Clue. Elliot was looking to further his career and made a decision to leave Desert Storm and sign with Jim Jones Byrdgang label. Even after Elliot left Desert Storm, he continued to show love to his former Desert Storm family.

Stack Bundles was one of the few guest features on Joe Budden's critically acclaimed mixtape "Mood Muzik 2". He also appeared on the "M.O.B. (Members of Byrd Gang) mixtape and released his own solo effort titled "Stack Bundles: My Life's Like A Movie".

Death
On June 11, 2007, Stack Bundles was fatally shot once in the head and neck in the lobby of a Far Rockaway apartment building.
Police said Elliott had been out with friends at a New York night club, then went to White Castle and returned to his home on Beach Channel Drive, in the Redfern Houses in Far Rockaway. Just before 5 a.m. at that point, police said, the one friend still with him walked off, then ran back when he heard gunshots and found Stack shot dead in the lobby of his building. By then, the suspect had run off. Elliott's money and credit cards were still on him, but it appeared that a medallion had been stolen. Such a theft would indicate an attempt to secure proof that he had been killed rather than a simple mugging.

Derek Michael "Bloodshed" Armstead was an African American rapper, usually affiliated with fellow Harlemites Big L, Ma$e and Cam'Ron (who was Bloodshed's cousin). He was born on July 31, 1975 in Harlem, Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA. For a short while he was in the rap group Children of the Corn until he died in a car accident on March 2, 1997 in Harlem. His voice was similar to his cousin Cam'Ron's, but was more rough and raspy.
