Couldnt sleep the other night so i decided to listen to HHID from start to finish, let me just start by sayin this album is a classic, 5/5, from the subject matter to the delivery through to the beats......not to mention the epic collabo with Jay Z, its fire...
I dont really feel i have the time and patience to try justify what im sayin but im sure that all you real hip hop fans who actually listen and think about the music your listenin too instead of just hearin, will see this album really is Nas returnin to his A-Game.......
Ask yourself what the low points of the album are and im sure most would say (Play on Playa) & (Who Killed It)....1 is genius and simply would go straight over the heads of most, "most intellectuals will only half-listen", and the other bein becoz Snoop really cant bring the same heat when hes standin next to NAS....
So can you really take away from his album when it comes to other peoples weaknesses??
Not justly anyway...so...
Hip Hop Is Dead is 5/5, classic material...
