2pac for the atmosphere and vibe he creates in his tunes and biggie for straight lyricism.
both are overated tho and neither are 'the best' although they probs are both in the top 10, if not 5

Biggie could rap... He's a good rapper... Tupac was a artist, song for song.. 2pac connected with me alot more personally, i could understand his struggle alot more, he was reaching out more, he was more talented overall in my opinion... Biggie had a few songs i like, his wordplay was nice, but alot of shit was forced... 2pac was himself and it worked...

Im going with Tupac all the way, ive never been "touched" by any other music since i heard Tupac, and ive never had someone lock my attention in on every single word phrase and sentence like 'pac does, i love his passionate flow and delivary and also his varied topics from most rappers at the time, for me, he is the perfect package.

at the time of the beef biggie was my favorite but I always loved pac too...its hard to choose...both embraced rap so seriously....thats why my info says biggie my favorite rapper but hit em up is my favorite song
