'Missy's tough talent search' Interview

  Missy Elliott is launching a worldwide search for new talent. She's teamed up with an American TV channel to film a reality music show looking for stars of the future. She's currently on an RnB diva tour with Beyonce and Alicia Keys, but once that's finished she's hoping to take some of the successful wannabes on tour. But she says she's going to be mean and hard to make sure they learn what being a star is all about:

 
"Not just rap artists, not just singers, if you're a country artist, pop, blues, whatever, I'm looking for it all. Then I want to take them on tour and show them what it is to be an artist."

"An artist is not just about having a hit record. I might just wake them up at two o'clock in the morning and be like, 'Give me the steps to 'Work It'!'"

"You have to know, you have to be on point with everything to be a real superstar."

"They're gonna hate my guts when the show is over, but it's all good!"
